Dungeon Tour:

Dungeon Greenroom

The Dungeon Greenroom is where the player will receive their dungeon tasks for each level and they can also purchase power up items, snacks, and gear.  The greenroom is a communal space for the Dungeon Reset Crew where they can prepare for shifts and observe the adventurers as they make their way through the dungeon to help with developing better dungeon experiences for heroes near and far.

Due to the roguelike nature of the game, the dungeons are all randomly generated, as a result, the dungeon layouts will be different every time someone sets foot in them.  This is an example of what a dungeon floor layout could look like.

All of the dungeons will generate on a grid of varying sizes.  Not  only are the rooms randomly generated the traps will be as well, meaning every day of work is going to be a surprise!

But don't worry some elements of the dungeons will remain consistent despite the changing floor plans.  For example, a castle will always be a castle and an under sea temple will always be under the sea.

Trap Repair

When exploring the dungeon, if you see sparks flying about, that's a signal of what needs repairing.

Players will interact with the trap panels to engage in a slider puzzle to reconnect the trap trigger to the power source.

Trap Compoents

Since you are part of the crew, you'll be able to see where the trap parts are in the dungeon.  Once you have completed all repairs, the visible trap components will become invisible, until they're tripped by the adventurers!

Monster Hiring Tablet

Throughout the dungeon, you'll find crystal tablets where you can access a database of contractor monsters to hire for the dungeon.  When interacting with the tablet, you'll enter a deduction puzzle where you need to match the monsters to the dungeon.

Boss Chamber

The largest chamber of the dungeon is where the boss will need to be escorted to.  You will need to lead the boss to this chamber around any activated traps or early adventurers.  This is one of the required tasks for a dungeon to be deemed ready for heroes to explore.
