HUD Elements
Character Portrait
Shows the player's portrait from their selected Goblin character.

Buff Bubbles
Show what buffs are currently active for the player after using an item or snack.

Item Bar - PC
On PC, the segments in the item bar are linked to the number bar on the keyboard. Press 1-0 to use the indicated item.

Mini Map
Show's the player's relative position in the dungeon.

HP and MP Bars
Shows the player's HP and MP .

Countdown Timer
Shows how much time the player has until the next adventurer party arrives.

The timer will be paused when the game is in a pause state.

Current Item - Console
On console or if a gamepad is being used on PC. Part of the button display, next to the top button which uses the currently held item. On a controller, the player will use the secondary shoulder buttons to rotate through their inventory.

Dungeon Task List
On PC, the player clicks on a tab below the HP/MP bars to drop down the list. On console presses one of the shoulder buttons.

Shows what the player's current dungeon tasks are and completion progress.

Button Display - Console
Only appears on console or if a gamepad is being used on PC. Shows the buttons in the lower right corner and actions will be highlighted by the buttons when applicable.


UI Elements
Paper Background
The menu is intended to be the player's notebook, so backgrounds for the menus will be paper textured.
Tab Buttons
The player will navigate the menu pages by selecting tabs that stick out of the side of the menu edges.
Photo Sprites
Images of items will be shown as instant photos.
Handwritten Font
Text in the menu will be a handwritten based font such as Ink Free.
Sticky Note Sprites
Tool tips and menu section descriptions will be shown on sticky note sprites.
Paper Clip Sprites
Part of the UI visuals, show holding the photo sprites and notes.
